At ALOHA Bangladesh we want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase.

- If after you attempted to resolve issues with Support staff and feel the product(s) you purchased does/do not the best fit your requirements, we want to make things right.
Our policy offers a full, no-hassle refund within 30 days of your date of purchase. We’d love to know what went wrong and how we can improve.
ALOHA Bangladesh makes every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. But our payment processor, Stripe, or your financial institution can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund:
- Send us an email stating the reason of your return and refund request
- Mention your order number, phone number and address which you used during purchase
- For any physical items or goods you will have to send us by courier intact condition without any damages so that we can re-sale it.
- If you find any fault or damage in our goods upon delivery you will have to inform us within 7 days from the date of delivery.
